Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return the product under the terms below.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. You do not need to give any reason. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Please return the product with all accessories and documents that came with it.

Return process

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us within 14 days of delivery by a clear statement, by email to smarthomedealsgr@gmail.com or by post to 48 Eleftheriou Venizelou St., 200 02 Vrachati, Corinthia, Greece. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. Once you inform us, we will arrange free collection of the product.

Return costs

Return shipping is free of charge for you.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have supplied proof of having sent it, whichever is earlier.

Solar systems "with installation"

The 14-day right of withdrawal also applies to solar systems sold together with an installation service. If you expressly request that installation begins before the withdrawal period ends and you then withdraw, you must pay an amount proportionate to the service already provided. If installation has been fully completed with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you would lose the right of withdrawal for the service, that right no longer applies to the installation.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge as long as it has not yet been fulfilled/shipped. Once an order has been shipped, the return terms above apply.

Defective or incorrect products

If the product you received is defective or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
