Delivery area
We deliver with our own vehicles within Attica. We also ship to the rest of Greece.
Delivery options, cost and time (Attica)
- Standard delivery: €20 for orders up to €249.99, within 3 business days of order confirmation.
- Free delivery on orders of €250 or more: within 3 business days of order confirmation.
- Express delivery*: €40 for orders up to €249.99 and €20 for orders of €250 or more, within 2 business days of order confirmation.
* Express delivery is available only within Attica. Orders with express delivery are given delivery priority.
Cost and delivery time (rest of Greece)
Shipping outside Attica: €35, within 5 to 10 business days of order confirmation.
Delivery arrangements
We will contact you by phone to agree on the day and time of delivery.
Large appliances
Large appliances (e.g. fridges, dishwashers, tumble dryers) are delivered up to the building entrance. Carrying the appliance to an upper floor is not included.
Solar systems with installation
Solar systems are installed in Attica and Corinth. We will agree on the installation date with you by phone.
Damage or loss during transit
Please check the appliance on delivery. If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered, please contact us immediately via the Contact page, so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
